At Progreso Kite & Wing Center, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality experiences. By booking a lesson, course, or purchasing products through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Lessons and Bookings

All lesson bookings are subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.

Cancellations made by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

If weather or safety conditions prevent the activity from taking place, Progreso Kite & Wing Center reserves the right to reschedule the session for a later date at no additional cost to the customer.

No refunds will be provided for partially used lessons or participant no-shows.
Products and Equipment

We accept returns of new and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Progreso Kite & Wing Center.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear and tear.
