REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Progreso Kite & Wing Center, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality experiences. By booking a lesson, course, or purchasing products through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Lessons and Bookings

  • All lesson bookings are subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.

  • Cancellations made by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

  • If weather or safety conditions prevent the activity from taking place, Progreso Kite & Wing Center reserves the right to reschedule the session for a later date at no additional cost to the customer.

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used lessons or participant no-shows.

Products and Equipment

  • We accept returns of new and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Progreso Kite & Wing Center.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear and tear.
